Overview

The motor speed has increased by 30% for more responsive control over focus, zoom, and aperture. The motor is compatible with 15mm universal rods. The latency is as low as 10 milliseconds, ensuring swift control response when paired with the DJI Focus Pro Hand Unit. The motor features a built-in RF antenna that allows for linking with the DJI Focus Pro Hand Unit. When paired with the DJI Focus Pro Grip, the grip can power the motor via the USB-C port.

Tips

The motor can be powered through third-party devices. Do not use an extra device to power the DJI Focus Pro Motor when it is already powered (e.g., by the DJI Focus Pro Grip), as this may cause device damage.


DJI RS 4 Pro can be used with up to two motors simultaneously, while DJI RS 4 only supports one motor.

When used in zoom control mode, the Focus Pro can perform Power Zoom for PZ lenses, Clear Image Zoom, and external focus motor zoom for precise focusing. Its updated 15mm rod mount makes it more universally compatible with camera mounting configurations. Pair two Focus Pro Motors with the DJI RS 4 Pro to adjust focus with the gimbal's onboard dial and zoom with the onboard joystick for efficient lens control.
