item is used but almost looks like new. I don't think it has ever been used. I have one picture where I’m pointing at one of the tools that seems to be really tight inside. Had to use another tool to pop it out and then after that, it went out normally, but it sits really tight inside. I don’t know if it needs to be loosened or what is going on or if it just hasn’t been opened up enough so it’s still kind of sticky.
