This is a NEW Engine Cylinder Big Bore Top Rebuild Kit in 4th oversize(75.00mm) for all year models of the 1985-1987 Honda ATC 250 ES Big Red three-wheel ATVs. Our kits are a direct fit, ready to bolt on with no modifications required. This kit is in stock at our facility (proudly located in the USA). It comes boxed in Styrofoam with bubble wrapped items inside the packaging to ensure that everything arrives safely at your location.

This kit includes the following:

A NEW OEM Quality Honed Cylinder. We make sure that every cylinder is accurately honed before it leaves our facility.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? Final honing of the cylinder creates a crosshatch pattern that gives the piston rings the correct textured surface for proper seating. This will ensure proper break-in for the rings, allowing them to seat correctly which, in turn, provides a longer lasting top end rebuild. The importance of the honing procedure cannot be over-emphasized.

Shindy 4th oversize (75.00mm) Piston Kit. The kit includes a new piston, new rings, new wrist pin, and two circlips. Shindy piston kits are of the highest quality, made in Japan.

WE PERSONALLY MEASURE AND INSPECT EVERY PISTON AND CYLINDER FOR PROPER PISTON TO WALL CLEARANCE BEFORE THEY SHIP OUT. This ensures that when you receive this kit, everything is perfectly sized, machined, and ready to bolt on. 100% non-asbestos and feature double sided anti-stick surfaces.

Hi-Caliber Powersports Parts TOP END Gasket Kit.

Unlike many of our competitors who only include the cylinder base and head gaskets, our kit also includes the exhaust gasket, both valve stem seals, rocker cover gasket, o-rings and more. This kit includes the highest quality parts such as cylinder head gaskets made of stainless steel with NBR rubber outside layers and a graphite coating which provide excellent fluid resistance, tinsel strength and superior sealing. They include paper gaskets made by Interface Performance Materials, proudly made in the USA.

A New Oil Filter with Sealing O-Rings.

We provide a top-quality oil filter with the sealing o-rings which should always be replaced any time you rebuild your top end. You should always install a new oil filter to help ensure the longevity of your new top end rebuild.
