You are buying the CARD which means the toploader may have scratches or tape etc but the card will arrive perfectly in condition as shown. If a card is $20 or under in price, it will be shipped in a PWE (plain white envelope). Those do not have USPS tracking numbers associated with them however, all tracking is provided thru EBay as that’s what I use for all shipping.
