【Built-in BMS】A bms is the battery guard, which can protect battery, such as overcharging, overdischarging, and short circuit. it is very dangerous if a battery withour bms.
【Battery cell holder】NEW UPGRADE, Our batteries all come with battery cell holders, which can avoid contact with the battery cell and avoid fire.
How to choose the right battery for you?
Voltage matching: consistent with the rated voltage of the motor (such as 48V motor with 48V battery),
Capacity selection range: the larger the capacity (Ah), the further you run (such as 15Ah≈45 kilometers),
Each battery has a built-in battery cell holder to prevent the battery cell from contacting and prevent
the battery from catching fire.
We always use A+ GRADE cells, true capacity, never use fake cells.

Warranty:
 
We provide 1 year warranty for all electric bike batteries.
Any battery with quality problem in one month we can return the money after you provid the proof. After one month we can send BMS or cells to you for repair,or you can send it back to repair as well. All our electric bicycle batteries with high quality cells and BMS, and they will be 100% tested before shipping.
 
We don't supply warranty service for the following situation :
1. The battery goes over water .
2. The battery is broken man- made.
3. The cells are burnt out after using.
4. Return the battery without reason .
5. Open a case without contacting us.

Charge and discharge:
 
1. If the battery has a power switch, please open it during charging, can help to charge more full.
2. The lithium battery can be charged at any time, it is not necessary that all energy is exhausted before charging.
 
Storage:
 
1. The battery should be used within a range of operating temperatures. Otherwise, there may be a loss of properties, leakage and / or rust.
2. The rechargeable battery should be used within a short period of time after recharging, as the battery may self-discharge during prolonged storage.
3. If long-term storage is required, the battery, which is 50% to 60% stored in a voltage range, is best because storage at higher voltage can result in loss of performance.
 
Warm Tips:
 
1. Do not immerse the battery in water or seawater. Store the battery in a cool, dry environment.
2. The battery should not be used near a heat source as a fire or heater.
3. Use the charger specifically for charging.
4. Do not interchange the position and the negative terminals.
5. Do not connect the battery electrodes to a power outlet.
6. Do not throw the battery in fire or heating.
7. Do not short-circuit the battery by connecting the positive and negative poles directly to metal objects.
8. Do not carry or store the battery with metal objects such as hairpins, necklaces, etc.
9. Do not hit the battery, throw any trampling damage or throw it.
10. Do not solder the battery directly and do not pierce it with a nail or other sharp object.
