Smart Delay Spot Welding Intelligent delay spot welding features three programmable delay buttons for different requirements. Delays can be freely combined, with a maximum simultaneous delay of 1.5 seconds when all three buttons are activated. Power Adjustment for Secure Spot Welding Used to regulate the machine's pulse welding power. Turn counterclockwise to decrease power, clockwise to increase power. Used to adjust the machine's pulse welding power. Turn counterclockwise to decrease, clockwise to increase. For standard workpieces, position the regulator arrow at the center. Coordinated adjustment of the pulse power regulator with pulse current and pulse count enables reliable welding of nickel sheets ranging from 0.05 to 0.35mm. Adjustment method: First set the pulse current value and preset the pulse count to a double pulse (without enabling pulse trains initially). Then adjust the pulse power controller based on the required weld strength. To prevent excessive machine heating and triggering the protection mode, avoid exceeding 70% of the controller's rotation angle.
