Excellent condition in my opinion but please see the photos for details and your own opinion on condition. Card has a SMALL BEND at the top right corner which is visible in the photos. That is the only reason it isn't listed as NM.

Will be shipped with care in the brand new card protector seen in the photos. Remains in an envelope until sold.
