"Per car" notes identify how many of a given part your car hasand "Left/Right or Front/Rear" notes means the part fits the left orright side of the car. These parts are still sold individually, and you'll needto select the appropriate quantity if you plan to replace more than one of theseitems.
• Orders submitted before12pm ET (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays) ship either the same day or thefollowing business day.
If the product shows signs of havingbeen used, will not accept returns. Please be sure that it is the item youneed.
RETURN POLICY
Itemsreturned will be issued a credit minus actual cost of shipping. This includeslistings with free shipping. If you change your mind or purchase the wrongpart, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsiblefor the shipping cost of returning items. Returned items must be unused, uncut,unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We are notresponsible for any loss or damage of the returned item and suggest you insurethe shipment. Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a returnauthorization. If you purchase the wrong item, you will be responsible forshipping and the difference in price if you want a replacement item.
Weunderstand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the part you needed yesterday,is no longer needed today. So, for that reason, WECAN TAKE BACK ANYTHING WE SELL.

We do NOT take back any electronic partsincluding but not limited to, Engine computers, wiring harnesses, switches,sensors, etc.If you have an electrical item that is defective, we are more than happy tohelp you with the warranty process.
• Wecannot take back used or installed parts, even if only installed to testfitment.
• No returns after 14 days from the date the trackinginfo states the item(s) arrived.
• PartsMUSTbe resalable and in their original packaging. Any returns send back with openedpackaging, that cannot be resealed, and therefore cannot be sold as new, willbe refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Thereis a 10% restocking feecharged against all unneeded returned parts.
• Shippingis not refundable.
• Handlingfees are not refundable.
• PayPalfees charged to us are not refundable.
Accuracy ofparts are not guaranteed unless we are provided with a VIN. Any order placedwith a VIN that is incorrect will be the responsibility of the customers,meaning you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, and payingfor shipping of the correct item(s) to you. Restocking fees will also apply tothose parts.
We reserve theright to refuse any return for violation of the above terms.
RETURNPROCEEDURE
1. Please contact us by email or phone, with the order ID and reason forreturn. If the return meets the above criteria, you will be given an RMA foryour return.
2. Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent with the package.
-ATTENTION INTERNATIONALCUSTOMERS: If you choose to ask for no invoice in the box,there will be NOreturns for the order. You must have the invoice/packing slip when returningparts to receive a refund.
3. Please use a shipping method that can be tracked. FedEx and UPS arepreferred. If you do ship the item back via USPS, make sure to get deliveryconfirmation added to the package. We will not be responsible for any packagereturned to us that is lost in transit.
Any return that does not meet any of these criteria will not get a refund andwill be held until the customer pays to return the package to them.
