Shipping
Free Postage - Sent via Australia Post untracked service or Sendle. Products are delivered Australia-wide. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and location.
PO Box addresses are not accepted - "I DO NOT SEND TO A P.O. BOX".
"Exclude postage locations" that PO Box is an additional location to which I don't post to.
Sendle won't deliver to PO Box addresses because AP would charge them a considerable fee for doing so.
Seller can make a decision to exclude PO boxes.
Orders are dispatched from Prestons NSW 2170 within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

If your order has not arrived after 7 days please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will help you to resolve the problem. Buyers can pay for desired postage service for an additional cost.

Returns
You may return goods by return mail (at the buyer's expense) within 30 days of the sale date.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, a refund will be processed once the goods have been safely returned. Returns must be unused and in saleable condition. For all other items, we will be pleased to arrange your refund.
A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged and the original postage/packaging charges will be deducted from the refund unless we have made the error.
Please leave us a message, we will happily guide you through the returns process. are accepted for refund within 30 days of the sale date. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, a refund will be processed once the goods have been safely returned.
Items must be in the original unused, unopened condition for the refund to be approved.
