Return Policy

To qualify for a return, items must be accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free gifts, with no signs of human damage (e.g., scratches, disassembly, liquid exposure). Non-returnable items include used, modified, or opened products, as well as returns without original packaging or based on personal preferences (e.g., size, color). If eligible, the seller will review the request within 1–2 business daysand provide a prepaid shipping label for defect-related returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in non-defect cases. Refunds are typically processed within 5–8 business days after item receipt and credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. For quality issues, the seller covers return shipping; otherwise, buyers bear the cost.
