Aqua, Hydrated Silica, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Hydroxyapatite, Poloxamer 188, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Aluminum Lactate, Aroma, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Zinc Gluconate, Sodium Myristyl Sulfate, Sodium Fluoride, Menthol, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Cetyl Sulfate, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Glycerin, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Sulfate, CI 73360.

Apply a small amount of paste, about the size of a pea, to the Lacalut aktiv toothbrush. Clean your teeth with sweeping movements: move the brush from top to bottom on the upper jaw and from bottom to top on the lower jaw. Clean the chewing surface with back-and-forth movements.

Brush your teeth for 3 minutes.

Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water, after which it is recommended to use Lacalut aktiv mouthwash.
