**How to fix in 5 minutes (DIY):**  

1. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.  

2. Rub in a pea-sized amount of **black shoe cream** (e.g. Saphir Pommadier) or **neutral leather balm** (e.g. Venetian Shoe Cream).  

3. Buff with a horsehair brush.  

→ **Scuffs 90–100% disappear** – this is standard CXL leather behavior. Many Wesco owners consider them "patina starters."
