For your consideration are three pieces of Solid Brass hardware that I found in box of unrelated items from an estate auction. The main portions are brass while the ‘nuts’ are steel / magnetic. The round parts are 1 9/16 exterior diameter and the interior diameter is 1 3/8 inches. Thickness is 5/16 inch. An on-line search shows me these may be part of a harness for a pony or horse.
