Please note that fitting kits, unless pictured in the product gallery photographs which are unique to each appliance, are not included, we often don't receive these ourselves from the supplier or retailer from which our appliances originate.

Our Grading System

Our grading system indicates the cosmetic condition of our appliances, regardless of whether this appliance is a Grade A or C, every appliance goes through our testing programme.

Open Box

Appliances graded as 'Open Box' are brand new, but the outer packaging might be damaged - these appliances are often overstocks from retailers or manufactuers.

Grade A

Pristine condition, no cosmetic damage, or any mechanical faults. Grade A is as close to 'as new' as possible, however, even Grade A appliances will have gone through our testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.

So, regardless of what product type you're considering ordering you'll probably find some indication of it being having been used due to our testing programme.

Grade B

No visible cosmetic damage to the front of the appliance but some minor damage could be found on either side of the appliance as well as the rear.Each appliance is photographed with helpful indicators to highlight issues so check each available unit for details.

Grade B appliances are considered 'very good' condition and will have gone through our testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.

So, regardless of what product type you're considering ordering you'll probably find some indication of it being having been used due to our testing programme.

Grade C

You may find visible cosmetic damage on the front of Grade C appliances and notable cosmetic damage on the sides and rear, as always, we photograph in detail each appliance of this grade type with helpful indicators to highlight issues so check each available unit for details to find the one you'll be most satisfied with.

Grade C appliances are considered 'good' condition and despite any cosmetic issues they'll function 'as new' having gone through our testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.

So, regardless of what product type you're considering ordering you'll probably find some indication of it being used due to our testing programme.

Please review the offered couriers, we deliver throughout mainland UK with most customers receiving their new appliance within 3 or 5 business days after purchase.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information is up to date on eBay before ordering as this makes the whole process of delivering your order much smoother - it's important to note that we cannot change delivery addresses on orders after they have been placed on eBay.

DPD Two Day

DPD handles our smaller packages such as Hobs, Microwaves etc. They'll typically deliver within 2 or 3 business days and will update you via SMS or email with your delivery date and time.

Store Collection

If you're lucky enough to live in the Tyne and Wear region you can collect your order from our collection point on Bath Road, here in Gateshead - just select Collect in person at the checkout, orders are usually ready for collection within a few hours during business days.

If for any reason you're not happy with your refurbished product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All our refurbished products are backed by our 12-month direct replacement warranty, please contact us by emailing us by replying to your order confirmation.

Return Costs

The cost of returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer, we can arrange for the collection of any unwanted goods using one of our specialist couriers and we'll deduct the costs from any refund, 20 GBP (inc. VAT) for small items such as this.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, although quite rare mistakes by ourselves or our delivery partners sometimes do happen, however, if something does go wrong with your order, we will resolve your issues quickly and with minimum inconvenience for you.

The easiest way to get in touch is by replying to your order confirmation message so we can quickly identify your order and the goods you should have received, or the tracking information assigned to your order.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to either no communication with our delivery partners or the address provided at the time of order was incomplete/incorrect then upon return of your ordered goods, we'll cancel your order and refund your original payment method minus up to 20 GBP (inc. VAT) to cover the cost of carriage and the return of the undeliverable smaller items.
