Dough Preparation: Input dough pieces should be as uniform in weight as possible. This ensures consistent rounding results and reduces strain on the machine. Placement: Position the machine on a dry, well-ventilated, and level floor surface to ensure stable and reliable operation. Pre-Use Check: Before use, inspect all parts: Ensure the cone rotates freely without touching the sides. Check that all fasteners are tight (not loosened during transport). Inspect the switch and power cord for any damage incurred during shipping. Use an air gun to remove any dust from the cone. Power Requirements: The user's power supply must be configured with a leakage protection device. Verify that the supply voltage matches the machine's requirements and that the power supply is reliably grounded (earthed). Operation Monitoring: If abnormal noise or vibration occurs during operation, stop the machine immediately and conduct an inspection. Clearing & Maintenance (Post-Use): After daily use, ALWAYS disconnect the power supply. Wait for all moving parts to come to a complete stop before cleaning. Cleaning Methods: Clean food contact areas using a soft, damp cloth and a neutral cleanser. Avoid using corrosive or abrasive chemicals. | Operating Instructions |
| 1. Installation & Preparation Place the machine on a level, stable, dry, and well-ventilated workbench. Ensure the power supply voltage matches the machine's requirements and that the power source is equipped with a leakage protection device (RCD/GFCI) and is properly grounded (earthed). Before initial use, check that all fasteners are tight (not loosened during transport) and ensure the cone rotates freely without any obstruction or friction. 2. Pre-Operation Check Confirm the power switch is in the OFF position. Gently rotate the cone by hand to confirm it moves smoothly and without obstruction. Use an air gun or a soft, dry cloth to clean the cone and feeding belt, ensuring they are free of dust or foreign objects. 3. Startup & Test Run Connect the power supply. Press the "START" button and allow the machine to run without load (empty) for a short while. Observe and listen to ensure the machine operates smoothly, without abnormal noise or vibration. If any abnormality is detected, stop the machine immediately and inspect. 4. Feeding Operation Place uniformly weighted divided dough pieces onto the feeding conveyor belt sequentially and evenly. Ensure adequate space between dough pieces to prevent them from colliding during the rounding process. 5. Running & Collection The machine will automatically draw the dough pieces into the conical rounding area and roll them into perfect spherical balls. The rounded dough balls are automatically discharged from the outlet onto a integrated conveyor belt. The balls are carried gently along the belt, allowing for a brief resting period or transportation to the next station. Place a tray or basket at the end of the conveyor belt to collect the finished dough balls in an orderly manner. 6. Shutdown After all dough pieces have been processed, let the machine run empty for a few more seconds to ensure all material is discharged. Press the "STOP" button. Turn off the main power switch and disconnect the power cord. 7. Cleaning Important: Always ensure the machine has come to a complete stop and is disconnected from the power supply before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth and a neutral cleanser to thoroughly wipe down all food contact surfaces (e.g., cone, conveyor belt). After cleaning, dry all parts with a clean cloth to prevent rusting. |
