• Classic Housing Cap and Retention Insert Design.

• Made from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) with gold aesthetic color finish.

• Compatible with Hiossen ET III / Osstem / DIO UF / Snucone Regular Standard Implant Systems.

• Models: G401 / G402 / G403 / G404 / G405 / G406 / G407.

• Note: Different batches may have slightly different abutment colors.

🧠 Material Details

Locator® Male Processing Cap:

• Material: PEEK (Polyetheretherketone)

• Features: Withstands high temperature and pressure, high tensile strength, superior performance, and stability compared with nylon.

Metal Housing Dental Laboratory Processing Cap:

• Structure: Metal shell embedded with black processing cap for dental lab use.

• Material: Black cap made of PEEK – durable and heat resistant.

🧱 Block-Out Spacers Instructions

• Place block-out spacers on the heads of the locator abutments.

• Position denture cap (with integrated black processing cap) onto the locator abutments.

• Add additional block-out spacers if necessary until no gap is visible between the female housing, spacer, and gum.
