Pre-owned, very good condition. Cover is in very good condition for it’s age. Barely any visible fading, wear, marks, scratches, or stains. Pages have no dog ears and mostly clean with no marks or age spots/foxing (some yellowing). First page has writing on it, and pages 14 & 15 were not printed properly when manufactured (see photos).
