  • If for some reason you wish to return you item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Return
  • You have 30 calendar days from purchase to return the item. You have the right on a refund when the item is returned in the exact way as you received it. This means the item is for example not used, not opened, not installed, if the items was originally sealed packed, the item has to be returned also originally and sealed packed. We will need your invoice as well. Please note that all our articles are visible and unvisible coded and sealed. All items are photographed as well as the packages before shipment. Only items in the original packing and with our codes and unbroken seals will be handled by our Quality Manager for return and refunds. We will need pictures of the item and package in advance for first approval of return procedure. Please contact us before you return the item so we can guide you through the procedure to make it as fast and efficient as possible.

Refund
  • As soon as we have received the returned item we will contact and inform you that we have received the item. After the item has been checked and inspected by our Quality Manager we will inform you about the status. After the full approval of our Quality Manager you will be informed that the refund is approved and going to be settled within days.

Shipment
  • The buyer pays the transport costs for returning the item. The transport costs are not refundable. When a refund is approved the transport costs are being deducted.
