Nice clean vinyl, VG+ to the core. Mid-to-heavy fading on front and back cover of sleeve. The paper portion of the front and back cover of sleeve are starting to peel / separate from the spine (see photos). No seam splits yet - I know some people are opposed to tape but you could put one layer of double sided tape near the spine front and back. Just an idea.

VG+ copies of this variant are selling on discogs for $188.31. I always go under market and am considering the condition of the sleeve. Ask for more pictures if you would like!
