How do I clean the handheld vacuum sealer?
Remove the water tank and rinse with clean water. Wipe the device body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the machine in water.
Can vacuum seal bags be used in the microwave?
Yes, but please open the bag to release the pressure before heating. Do not heat the bag while it is completely vacuumed. After heating, be careful when opening the bag to avoid burns from the hot steam.
Can a handheld vacuum sealer be used with liquids or flavored powders?
For soups or sauces, we recommend pre-freezing the liquid. For flavored powders, wrap them to prevent clogging the valve before placing them in a vacuum bag and sealing.
Are the vacuum bags safe for freezer and dishwasher use?
Yes. Our reusable vacuum bags and containers can handle temperatures from -22°F to 194°F (-30℃ to 90℃). They are safe for both freezer storage and dishwasher cleaning.
What if the vacuum sealer isn’t sucking the air out properly?
Make sure the sealer is working fine, then check the valve position. Food bits or liquid may be blocking the suction port—adjust and try again.
