Gasoline Sprayer Maintenance Guidelines Buyers must read carefully to avoid unnecessary disputes! 1. During initial use, run the engine for approximately 5 hours to break it in. Change the engine oil. Thereafter, change the engine oil every 30 operating hours. Change the oil in the plunger pump every 100 hours. Simultaneously check the oil level. For machines requiring grease, inspect the grease cup before each use and replenish grease promptly if depleted. If the machine has been unused for an extended period (over 2 months), replace the engine oil before resuming operation. 2. Fill the fuel tank with pure gasoline of 90 octane or higher. 3. During continuous operation, the crankcase temperature must not exceed 90°C. If overheating occurs, shut down the engine for approximately 20 minutes before restarting. Refuel only when the engine is completely cool. 4. Never shut down the engine at high RPM. Always reduce throttle to minimum before stopping. 5. Use only genuine, clean engine oil of the correct grade. Fuel must be impurity-free gasoline. 6. Inspect and clean the air filter regularly. Clean dirty filter elements with soapy water, air-dry thoroughly before reuse. 7. When storing the machine long-term, do not simply turn off the engine switch. Close the throttle to allow the carburetor to drain completely. Leaving gasoline in the carburetor for extended periods may cause oxidation. 8. Spark plugs generally require no replacement. If carbon deposits form, remove the plug and scrape them off with a blade.
