Vintage 1977 President Jimmy Carter & Shah of Iran, Mohammed Rezi Palavi Color Photo.  This color photo is on a thicker photo paper & measures approx 8" x 10".  It also has the signature, "Best Wishes, Jimmy" & is personalized.  The signature looks hand signed in black ink, but cannot guarantee the authenticity as there is no COA.  Photo is in ok condition & the bottom left hand corner has a chunk cut out of it.  The back of the photo has a bit of discoloration from age & storage.  There are strips of scotch tape along the width of the photo in 3 spots & some masking tape residue.  There is a partial piece of typed paper attached to the tape, but it does not appear to be in reference to this photo.  I did not want to remove it in order not to damage the photo. Again, I do not have a COA as this came from a relative's collection.  Please see photos for condition & judge authenticity for yourself.
