This is a very good example of the Hornby 28xx heavy freight loco and matching tender in semi matt BR black livery with very good decals and 2857 number plates with good decals . all as per the photos and title , in much above average condition  . The loco powers very well with the standard tried and tested Tender powered motor . It has the tested working smoke unit  . It will be Oiled and retested before dispatch  . A very good additional loco for your special display.
