The Studehill Giftware Vintage Cats Figurine from the UK is a limited edition 9" tall resin figurine with a black and bronze coloring, featuring a pair of cats as its subject. This decorative 1980s collectible is perfect for all occasions and can be placed in various rooms such as the office, study, bedroom, living room, etc. This is not a mass-produced item, but rather a limited edition. I have seen a few similar, but have not found one identical to this. Its limitedness, its intricate details, its quality and of course its charm is why it is such a sought-after collector's item. I did not have all this knowledge about the piece when I picked it up. I just looked at it and loved it. I think it was the finish that roped me right in. First appeared black to me. but looking closer I could see the bronze peeping through---a beautiful black/ bronzed speckled effect .... almost brown in appearance. This unique piece is a charming addition to any pet lover's collection, with its original style and British craftsmanship from the late 20th century.
