Lot of four (4) SRM2016C12 static RAM (SRAM) ICs in DIP-24 through-hole packages. These are vintage 2K × 8-bit (16K-bit / 2KB) parallel SRAMs with a -12 speed grade (typically 120ns access). Parts are marked “JAPAN” and include date/lot codes like F050 804 / F090 815 (see photos). Great for retro-computing repairs, legacy industrial boards, and memory upgrades/restorations that use 24-pin SRAMs.
