Product Description

This counted cross stitch design with printed background from RIOLIS, features a magical unicorn. Just the unicorn is stitched, the background is painted onto the fabric. The kit contains 14 count printed aida fabric, Anchor stranded cottons, needle, colour chart and instructions. Please note, this product is stored in a third party warehouse and will therefore take us longer to despatch. If your order contains this item, please allow extra time for your parcel to be despatched. If you are ordering other items and need those urgently, please place a separate order and those can be despatched from the Minerva warehouse with our usual speedy turnaround.

Returns

UK Returns

Minerva offer a free UK returns service so you can order with complete confidence.

Subject to exceptions, Minerva is happy to refund your purchase within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we have delivered an incorrect quantity, please return the product to us within 30 days of purchase.

Any returned items must reach us in unopened, "new" condition with all original packaging present. Please note, fabrics cannot be returned once they have been cut into or washed.

International Returns

For international parcels, the same applies except the customer must organise the return shipping.

Once we have received your return, we will email you to confirm your parcel has been received by us. Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed.
