• Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

• Allow up to 30 days "Worst Case Scenario" for delivery after shipping before requesting a refund or filing an Item Not Received claim. If you are unable to wait that long, please purchase from a seller who can meet your delivery expectations.

• Once shipped, I cannot control USPS delays. If you need faster or tracked delivery, please consider purchasing elsewhere or message me before buying for upgrade options.

• Buyers who open "Item Not Received" cases before the 30-day window will be blocked from future purchases.

MOVIE DETAILS

• You will receive the DVD or Blu-ray disc only, packed in a protective sleeve (paper or plastic). If Cover Art was included this will be in a plastic sleeve.

• Some discs may have light wear or label rubbing from cleaning. This is cosmetic only and does not affect playback.

• Most movies I sell are Former Redbox Rentals but some may not be.

QUALITY GUARANTEED

• All discs are cleaned and tested when ordered to ensure they start properly and load to the main menu. In rare cases your order my be cancelled due to a defective disc. While this chance is low it does happen from time to time. 

• If you experience any playback issues such as skipping, please message me with a brief description and a photo if possible. I will make it right.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• Items are sent using USPS First Class Mail with stamps (no tracking included to keep costs low). (Shows Economy Shipping)

• If you would like tracking I offer free tracked shipping for orders over 25.00 using USPS Media Mail. 

• Orders ship within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

• After shipping, I will send a photo of the addressed envelope and a confirmation message with the estimated ship date.

• If you would like tracking, USPS/Ebay combined Fees currently charges a minimum of 5.30 (as of July 24, 2025). Contact me before purchase to arrange this upgrade.

REFUND POLICY

• A full refund/replacement (if available) will be issued if the item has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date.

• A full refund/replacement (if available) will also be given if your item arrives damaged. Please send a photo.

• I know waiting on an order is not ideal. Most movies arrive within about 2 weeks, though occasional delays can occur within the United States Postal Service network. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us so we can look into it and make it right. Refunds for items considered lost in transit will be issued once the situation has been reviewed.

• I am a small seller and cannot offer fast or guaranteed delivery like large retailers.

• If you are on a tight deadline, I recommend buying from a seller who offers tracked or expedited shipping.
