Raincheck Water Seal Masonry Water Repellent is a colourless surface water repellent for masonry. It can be used on new and old buildings to provide brick, stone & mortar facades with breathable waterproof protection from rain penetration.
The high-strength solvent-free formula provides excellent water-repellency and beading properties whilst allowing the substrate to remain breathable. The fast curing time ensures that treated surfaces are resistant to light rain two hours after application.

Breathable Water Resistant Protection from Rain Penetration for Masonry
Raincheck Water Seal Masonry Water Repellent works by lining the pores of masonry substrates rather than blocking them, meaning that the wall is protected from rain penetration but residual moisture within the wall is able to evaporate and exit the wall as water vapour. A single two-coat application will be effective to make your wall impermeable for up to 10 years.
High-Performance Solvent-Free Formulation
The unique water-based silicone formula of Raincheck Water Seal Masonry Water Repellent contains 5% active ingredient ensuring excellent waterproofing performance against competing water seals. Unlike solvent-based alternatives, it does not leave a sheen or shine on treated surfaces. The water-based formulation also means it is non-flammable and low-odour for safer storage and easier application.
