Overall good cosmetic condition with quite many light scratches/scuffs/finish loss(most on edges/corners).  The rubber memory slot cover is detached due to aging.  You'll need to tape it if you want to keep it on.

Tested in working order but the battery is not holding much charge.  If you are able to find and good battery and replace it, this MP3 player is still good.  There are over 100 songs stored in the device.
