You're bidding on a USED unlocked OEM BMW smart key the housing shows some wear & tear but no cracks,the case was opened and glued back togeter for the unlocking procedure,you can see the gap between the cases.Please be noted,the BMW dealers won't reprogram this remote for you,it can be only programmed by some professional locksmiths,please check with them before buying,as not all of them can do it.This remote is NOT self-programmable,the self-programming video that you saw on youtube is only good for the brand new one you order directly from the BMW dealership.If you plan to take it to the BMW dealership or program it yourself with the self-programming instruction,it's not gonna work for sure,please don't waste your time to buy & return.
