To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

Fitment is Key: It's crucial to double-check that the part fits your machine before purchasing. If you're unsure, please reach out with any questions before you buy. This helps us both avoid unnecessary returns.

Shipping & Returns:

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.

I offer 100% refunds on the item cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For a full refund, items must be returned in the original condition. If an item has mild damage upon return, a deduction may apply. If the item is rendered unsellable, no refund will be issued.

About NOS Parts: Please understand that NOS parts may have minor imperfections from storage. I always do my best to highlight these in the photos, description, or title.

We typically ship within 3 Business days.

Business days mean Monday through Friday. Saturday & Sunday are not Business days and are not counted.

Combined Shipping: I'm happy to offer combined shipping! Please contact me before purchasing multiple items so I can adjust the invoice.

Shipping Schedule:

Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer than usual during holiday periods. We typically ship much faster than expected, but please do not expect your item any sooner than the absolute latest delivery date in the listing. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Shipping days may fluctuate due to holidays.

Bear in mind when ordering, Holidays SLOW down shipping sometimes up to a WEEK. Once I drop your purchase with the shipper, I have no control over THEIR delays. Thank you for your patience!

Purchases after 1PM Friday will ship the following Tuesday.

If you need your item quickly, expedited shipping is available at an extra cost. Please inquire before purchasing to arrange this. Requests for faster shipping after purchase do not reduce handling time.

Occasionally we ship certain smaller low cost items without tracking to keep costs low. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. If you need tracking or faster shipping, please contact us for a quote before you purchase. We reuse shipping materials to save you money and help the environment. If you prefer new packaging, let us know before you buy.
