The "shirt" part is a classic navy and dark green plaid pattern with an embroidered navy logo on the left chest. The skirt part is a classic, cotton pleated skirt in black. Good condition. There is some discoloring on the right sleeve. I stain treated and washed it but nothing came out. It looks like it could have been paint, close up picture at the end. The collar might also be a little stretched out on one side. No other damage or flaws. No rips or holes.
