1. This product is a 3D-printed custom item, made from PETG material.  

2. Products are shipped with random colors. Customization services are available—please feel free to contact us if you have any requirements.

3.Each spool of this product can easily handle 1kg of wire, meeting daily usage needs.

1. Due to material properties, the product may experience shrinkage. If it becomes unusable, please contact us promptly for replacement parts.  
2. 3D-printed products may have common imperfections such as layer lines. Please do not purchase if you are sensitive to this.  


🙌  Receipt & After-Sales Service  
1. Upon receiving the goods, please unpack and inspect immediately for shipping damage. Contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.  
2. Can be driven by an electric drill (a drive interface is included). However, the drill’s strong initial power may accelerate wear of the drive shaft. If the shaft becomes unusable due to wear, you can print a replacement yourself (please contact us to obtain the drawing for printing).  
3. Important note: The product does NOT include a spool! Spools need to be purchased separately. (Please contact us if you wish to buy one.)

1. Every item has been carefully checked before packing and sent out.

3. Every package will be sent out within 1-3 days, Normally it will take 8-12 business days from sent out to delivery.  The transit time varies and depends on the carrier. we sent out via SpeedPAK 、Yanwen、ect.  
4. Warehouse is off on Saturday or Sunday local time, work on business days. Packages won't be shipped out on weekend or holiday. If need urgent handling, contact us to get help.
