The Lufkin model 1066DMN 6 foot folding ruler is 25% thicker than competitive wood rules.  The 1066DMN has black markings embedded in a white background, protected by a clear, abrasion-resistant coating. Strong metal joints eliminate play and retain accuracy. Metal parts are brass plated.  The 1066DMN has decimal (tenths) graduations on one side and metric graduations on the other.  Minimum graduations are one millimeter for the metric side and 1/100th for the tenths side.
