Screen grading:

Very Good - Grade A - The front glass and/or LCD is in like-new condition, with no visible defects/faulty pixels or pressure marks, may have very minor unnoticeable scratches.

Good - Grade B - The front glass and/or LCD could have some light scratches or very small blemishes. It may have 1/2 missing pixels.

Grade C - Fair - The front glass and/or LCD could have deeper scratches, few faulty pixels and minor pressure marks.

Housing Cosmetics:

Very Good- Grade A - Like new, no damage to the part's surface. May have very minor scratches

Good- Grade B - Could have some light scratches or small blemishes

Fair- Grade C - Can have deeper scratches and/or dents that do not affect the fitting of the part

Delivery

Our price includes UK delivery. Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12pm on a weekday or at the weekend will be shipped the following working day. All products are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Returns

New and used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days since purchase. Please note: we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
