NOTE FOR AM5/AM4: Installation on AMD motherboards requires the four original mounting screws. These are included with the motherboard. If these are missing, replacements can be requested from ARCTIC Support.

FOR AMD SOCKETS AM5 AND AM4: Only mounting hardware for AMD systems is included in the scope of delivery – this reduces packaging waste and eliminates unnecessary material.

OPTIONAL OFFSET MOUNTING FOR AMD: Offsetting the heatsink toward the CPU hotspot enables more efficient heat transfer with multi-die AMD CPUs.

COMPACT DESIGN: Thanks to its low profile, the Freezer 8A is ideal for compact cases and offers maximum compatibility with tall RAM modules and nearby components.

HYDRODYNAMIC SLEEVE BEARING: The low-friction sleeve bearing ensures particularly quiet operation – the fan runs pleasantly quietly both at low speeds and under varying loads.

Pre-applied MX-6: the Freezer 8A comes with ARCTIC high-performance thermal compound so the cooler can be installed and put into operation immediately
