Record is in VG+ to EX condition visually with light scuffs. Plays fine. Side 1 is in EX condition. Side 2 has a surface mark on track one but it doesn't affect playback. Records has been cleaned ultrasonic with a HumminGuru cleaner. The cover does shows wear on the corners due to its age.  The inner liner for the record is also the lyric sheet.  There is tear though on the bottom and one of the sides.  I will provide an additional liner so that it doesn't further rip.  See pictures.
