PRODUCT PURCHASE DISCLAIMER & RETURN POLICY
This Disclaimer and Return Policy applies to all purchases made from our store, including but not limited to bicycles, ski boots, face masks, kids' scooters, and related equipment or accessories. By purchasing any product from our store, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assembly and Product Responsibility
All bikes and scooters are shipped brand new in sealed packaging. These products require assembly, which is not included in the purchase price. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the product is assembled correctly and safely. It is strongly recommended that all assembly is carried out by a qualified professional. If any product, especially bicycles or scooters, is assembled incorrectly or by an unqualified person, the customer assumes all risks associated with injury, malfunction, or damage resulting from such assembly. The seller shall not be held liable for any issues arising from improper setup or handling of the product.
2. Insurance Disclaimer
The seller does not provide insurance coverage for any products once they have been delivered. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining their own insurance if desired or required for their products.
3. Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted under the following strict conditions:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the suitability, size, and specifications of any item before purchasing. For items such as ski boots or similar footwear, it is critical that the customer ensures the size ordered corresponds to their usual size. Once opened or tried on, footwear is non-returnable.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Any requests beyond this period will be refused. If approved, the customer shall bear all return shipping costs. The seller is not responsible for return shipping fees and does not issue reimbursements for courier or postage costs.
4. Liability Disclaimer
The seller disclaims all liability for damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use, assembly, or misuse of any product once received by the customer. The customer assumes full responsibility for assessing the safety and proper function of the item once in their possession.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a purchase, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer and Return Policy in full. The policy is legally binding and forms part of the purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer.
