• Our eBay Customer Service Operation runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Messages will be responded to in the order that they are received.
• If your message is sent outside of our service hours (10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST) on Weekdays, Weekends, or Holidays we will respond to you within 24 hours on the next Business Day of Operation.

Returns

• To initiate a return on a “New” or “Used” item, you must submit an inquiry (eBay Message), provide a photo of the issue, and go through a troubleshooting process with our Customer Service team.
• We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds of any kind for “For Parts” items or anything listed under as-is/untested.

Local Pick-Up

• Please use eBay messaging at least 24 hours in advance to confirm an appointment and to obtain the pickup location. 
• Orders and items are unable to be stored indefinitely, should an order / item not be scheduled and picked up within 5 days of payment, the order will be cancelled and the items within the order shall be relisted.
• Failure to schedule pickups in advance may result in an extended wait to be assisted at the pickup location depending on staffing availability and the size of your order.
• Pickups can only be scheduled between Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Excluding Holidays and Weekends.
• Pickups MUST BE ARRANGED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ANY ITEM NOT SCHEDULED WILL BE CANCELED, REFUNDED AND PLACED BACK INTO INVENTORY FOR SALE.
• Pickups must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to visiting the pickup location.
• You must personally pick up your items unless you specify ahead of time that a third party will be picking up your items on your behalf.
• Order Number and Identification are REQUIRED.
• All orders must be paid for on eBay prior to scheduling a pickup. We will not accept payment for eBay items through our retail storefront. 
• Please enter the building and speak to the receptionist when you have arrived at the location for your item(s). Please be able to provide the receptionist with either your eBay Order Number(s) or your name as it appears in eBay for confirmation.!
