Shipping Address Policy

• Before purchasing, please ensure that your eBay “Ship To” address is complete and correct.
• The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address.
• We only ship to the address provided during eBay checkout — please double-check this before finalizing your order.
• If you need your item shipped to a different address, contact us immediately after purchase. We can re-ship to the correct address at the buyer’s expense for postage.

Delivery & Tracking

• Tracking information is provided with every order. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the tracking number to become active.
• If an item is returned to us as “undeliverable” or “unclaimed” and is still in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the item cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable).

- Packages may be delivered late due to holidays, post service overload, or other situations beyond our control. If there is one, If there are any issues with delivery or if the package is not delivered on time, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged packages: We package all our items carefully to ensure they arrive safely. We are not responsible if an item arrives damaged due to shipping; The buyer must contact the shipping company to open and file a damage claim.  If you need assistance with this, please contact us and we will help you in any way we can.

• Handling Time: We ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.
• Carrier: All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
• Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for every shipment. You can track your package directly through eBay or USPS.
• Shipping Speed: Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected USPS service (e.g., Ground Advantage, Priority Mail).
• Combined Shipping: When purchasing multiple items, we’ll combine shipping where possible to save you money.
• Packaging: Items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

 Return Policy / Guarantee

·         All returns must be pre-approved through the eBay messaging system before shipping any item back to us.

·         We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

·         Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original materials included (for new items), or in the same condition as shown in the listing photos (for used items).

·         All returned items will be inspected and tested before any refunds are issued.

·         Returns must be securely packed in the original packaging or a protective outer box to avoid damage.

·         Items returned in damaged or altered condition will not be accepted and may not qualify for a refund.

·         Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or not as described.

·         We do not charge restocking fees, but we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

·         Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., open software, intimate apparel, or custom orders).
