Bristol city - slighjty creased

Derby county - small pen mark on back cover

Liverpool - small tears in both top corner

Newcastle United - includes Player of the Year ballott paper

Queens Park Rangers (FAC) - feint vertical fold, team changes

Wolverhampton Wanderers - heavily creased along bottom edge
