Lot of 4 high-reliability solid tantalum capacitors marked to MIL standard **M39003/01-2301J** (marking clearly visible on 2 units; all 4 show the same value/voltage/tolerance markings). Hermetically sealed metal-case, **axial leads**, polarized (**“+”** marking). Visible markings across the lot include: **+100µF**, **10%**, **20V**, **M39003**, **01-2301J**, **31433**, and date/lot code **9024…** (see photos). These are **NOS / surplus** parts.

Compatibility note:
Polarized capacitor—install with the **“+”** end correctly oriented. Solid tantalum doesn’t “dry out” like electrolytics, but it **can fail short** if hit by inrush/voltage spikes. For best reliability, **derate voltage** (commonly 50–70% in demanding circuits) and consider **series resistance / soft-start / current limiting** on first power-up. Operating temperature is not printed on the body; many MIL tantalums are typically rated down to **-55°C** and up to **+125°C** depending on slash number—**verify if critical**.
