The Oxfam eBay customer service team operate from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and we will  endeavor to respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times.

Payment

All payments are made via the eBay managed payments system, and you will be able to choose your preferred method of payment at the time of checkout. Buyers must pay for the items they purchase on eBay within 4 calendar days as per eBay buyer policy. If Items are not paid for within this timeframe, we may cancel the order and an unpaid cancellation will be recorded on your buyer's account by eBay.

Delivery

We will despatch items within 3 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice.

We cannot hold items under any circumstances or accept Buy it now offers unless indicated in the item listing.

We cannot send your item to an alternate address other than the registered address on your eBay account.

Refunds & Returns

If something has gone wrong with your purchase, for example your item hasn't arrived, or it has been damaged in transit please contact us via the eBay messaging service in the first instance and we will endeavour to resolve your problem as quickly as we can.
