We sell new, high-quality aftermarket auto parts unless otherwise noted.
Product descriptions and compatibility information are provided to the best of our ability—please double-check fitment before purchasing. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. Payment
We accept payments through eBay’s managed payment system (credit/debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Orders must be fully paid before shipment.
3. Shipping
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Standard ground delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on location. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. We currently ship only within the United States. Once shipped, delivery timelines are in the hands of the carrier; Anthem Auto Parts is not responsible for carrier delays.
4. Returns & Cancellations
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Parts must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Electrical parts are not returnable. Returns require prior authorization and must include a copy of your invoice. Orders may be cancelled until the time they ship. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, parts come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Anthem Auto Parts does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
6. Liability
Anthem Auto Parts is not responsible for labor costs, installation errors, vehicle downtime, or incidental damages. Buyers are responsible for ensuring correct part fitment before installation.
