When breaking the seal, and you find out that the product has been damaged or not there this would be considered not my fault. All Makeup, Lotions or Creams, & Medical sealed are considered sterile. These are Non-Refundable! (Due to if seal is broken this will not be able to be sold as an unopened item. As far as Cosmetic or Other Beauty Products unknown if used.)
