Punch grinding processing method

1. First of all, the grinding stone is formed and ground on the grinding disc, and then the reference surface of the punch grinder is parallel to the grinding disc, so that the grinding process can be carried out in the center of the grinding disc.

2. Turn the return handle to the lower right, open the pressing handle, and place the punch between the rotating roller and the pressure bearing. At this time, adjust the pressing handle with the adjusting screw so that the pressure bearing can touch the center of the punch. Then, use the rear thimble and the front baffle to determine the front and back position of the punch.

3. Due to the pressure of the pressure spring, the punch is slightly depressed, and then the fixed handle of the pressing roller is pulled to the protruding part of the pressing handle, and lightly covered, the punch is firmly grasped. (If the punch has a push-pull shank diameter of less than 10 and re-grinds, it is not necessary to use the pressing roller to fix the handle).

4. Please turn the handle from the handle to the direction indicated by the arrow with your left hand, and rotate it about 60-100 times per minute. When rotating, the whetstone touches the punch and gradually grinds it.
