1. Reasons for the problem of cat urine flowing out of the base:

2. Frequently asked questions about network configuration and APP:
(1) Check whether the mobile phone is connected to the 5G signal of the router. You should switch the 2.4G network connected to the router on the mobile phone first, and then the machine will configure the network.
(2) The router is in dual-band mode, please refer to the router setting instructions to split 2.4G and 5G signals, and connect to the 2.4G frequency band
(3) Bluetooth and satellite positioning are not turned on on the mobile phone when pairing with the network.
(4) Press and hold the wifi button for 2 seconds to enter the network mode, and you will hear "di——" and the wifi symbol flashes to confirm the network mode; if you do not hear "beep——" and do not see the wifi light flashing, please Press and hold the Auto button again.

3. When using for the first time, the machine is not available after the power button
After the device is powered on, there will be a self-test time of 1 to 3 minutes. During this process, all buttons are inoperable, which is not a fault, and can be used after the self-test is completed.
