This is the much sought after 1st Edition SLIPCASE. It was first issued in 1979. Signed and written by two of Walt's Nine Old Men. The Bible on hand drawn animation. The much valued slipcase really sets this book apart from susquent re-print editions. If you're going to get ONE, this is the one to get. 

The jacket does have some crease marks and tears to the spine and corners.  The slipcase has some rub wear, paint transfer and finish loss present.  There is some overall scuffing and scratching with light dirt marks.
