This is a brand new copy still in the original factory wrapping.  Since it is unopened, I cannot formally say that I have tested it, but I have no reason to believe there is anything other than a mint condition disc inside.

Please note this is a jewel case only release, and is not the big box version.  Although it is a new copy, it only includes the jewel case / artwork / game.  I'm not even sure if the top insert is a manual or if it's just artwork.
