This prison art wallet made from Pall Mall cigarette packs was made in the 60's in the USA. The wallet is a bi-fold style with a strap to help keep it closed. It features a section for bills and 2 window type sections. The windows type sections do not have plastic or any covering over them. The wallet is thick and bulky when closed,  about 1-1.25" thick when folded.
